A trained cleaner can cover 1–2 bedrooms plus common areas in 4 hours. For larger homes, book the 8-hour slot.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?+
Our Switch Players bring basic supplies. For specialty products (specific floor cleaners), we recommend having them available.
Can I book a regular weekly cleaner?+
Yes. You can schedule recurring bookings through the Switch app and the same Switch Player will be assigned.
Is the cleaner background verified?+
All Switch Switch Players are Aadhaar-verified and background checked before they can take bookings.
What if I am not satisfied?+
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. Raise a concern within 24 hours and we will re-clean at no extra charge.
Can I request a female cleaner?+
Yes, you can specify your preference while booking and we will do our best to match accordingly.
How quickly can I get a home cleaning in Gurgaon?+
Most bookings are confirmed within 6 hours. For urgent needs, same-day availability is shown in real time in the app.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Yes. Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 2 hours before the booking start time through the Switch app.
How do I pay?+
Pay securely via UPI, debit/credit card or wallet — only after the work is completed and confirmed by you.
